Each year the Michigan Reads! program, sponsored by Target, chooses one great kids book and encourages families, caregivers, teachers, and librarians to read it together with all Michigan kids from birth through grade school age. The choice for 2012 is Moose on the Loose by Kathy-Jo Wargin, a 2009 book from Sleeping Bear Press.
