We’ve found in the past that some people have difficulty accessing the site from work due to firewall systems put in place (often the case with larger organizations). It prevents the site from recognizing where you’re coming from. If this is the case, you may be able to talk to your IT administrator to resolve the issue. If you find that doesn’t help, you can also try some of the methods found here.

From http://www.kdl.org, click on Reference Resources and then Research Databases. Under Database Categories, click on Language Learning, which is where you will find Mango.
