I like the feature that lets you limit search results by media format. Also, getting away from tabs (in lakenet, which annoyingly started on "copy status" first) to drop-down options (which show all details when you FIRST go to the item's page) is a move in the right direction.

Some problems: Every time I click on "request it", whether on the detail page or the results page, I get an error message (copied below). Same problem with trying to log in. The pages take a long time to load and my system froze up twice prompting a force quit of Explorer. Since switching to Safari (for PC), it hasn't frozen up, but the same errors occur, and it still seems to take more work to run than lakenet.

HTTP Status 404 - /iii/cas/login

type Status report

message /iii/cas/login

description The requested resource (/iii/cas/login) is not available.

Apache Tomcat/5.5.20

When I click "Advanced Search", is it supposed to take me out of Encore and into LakeNet?

Also, how can I limit results by library? When I select the Location on the left, that library isn't the first copy listed and I have to click on "show all x copies/volumes". When limiting it in LakeNet it would only list copies owned by the selected library.
