well i loved the twilight series WAY before i even knew there were going to be movies about it….i waited impatiently for months for each one

Personally, I liked both Breaking Dawn and Brisingr, but the best book I’ve read from 08 was The Sky Inside. It really creeped me out, with the government control bit…I read it at the same time I read Anthem in Language Arts class, so the parallels between the two were really interesting; it seemed like they were built upon the same principles but The Sky Inside had advanced technologically while Anthem had regressed.

I thought Breaking Dawn was amazing.one of my favorites of the year. Also i think your right about the fad about the Twilight books Leah it is getting alittle out for hand.But still BREAKING DAWN MY FAVORITE!!!!!!!!! Paper Towns was second on my list.it was very good.

Mmmm Stephanie Meyer is very very overrated. The fad of the Twilight books has gotten way out of hand and acts as more of a novelty than anything else.
Paper Towns was EXCELLENT though.

Anything by Stephenie Meyer or Scott Westerfield! Both authors are extremely gifted writers who make the novels interesting enough that you can’t put the book down! They are for those who like sci-fi mixed with a little romance.
