Annual Plant Sale at Sand Lake Branch

The Friends of the Sand Lake / Nelson Township Library are sponsoring their Annual Perennial Plant Sale & Auction this Saturday, September 12 starting at 9:00 a.m. Come by the library and select your favorite perennials, plants, garden-related items and more. At 2:00 p.m. the remaining plants will be auctioned off.

    Can you give us any information on price range/varieties/sizes of plants that will be for sale?

    Hi M.,

    I contacted the manager at our Sand Lake branch, and she says that there are a large variety and size of plants, and that prices are very reasonable, especially once the sale gets to the auction phase, when the remaining plants go quite cheap. If you need any additional information, you can call the branch at 616-636-4251 and they can put you in touch with the organizers of the sale.
