Celebrate the holidays with KDL! We have all kinds of fun holiday programs for children and families.

Gingerbread Lane
Take a stroll down gingerbread lane and enjoy some tasty gingerbread stories and rhymes. Each child will make a simple gingerbread house. For children of all ages with an adult.

The Reindeer are Coming!
Traveling all the way from the North Pole (via Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farms), live reindeer will visit the library. Dress warmly and don’t forget the camera!

Winter’s Eve Storytime
Join in a festive celebration of the season with holiday stories, crafts and goodies.

Christmas with Santa
Visit Santa at the Sand Lake/Nelson Township Library. See a live reindeer and enjoy treats. Don’t forget your camera! In partnership with the Friends of the Sand Lake/Nelson Township Library and the Sand Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Bring the whole family to enjoy a magic show full of snowmen, elves and fun with magician Gordon Russ.

Christmas Adopt a Family
Make the Christmas season bright for area families in need. The library is collecting toys, clothing, books and food. All donations must be dropped off by December 15. Call the library for information on how you can help.
