Author Erich Segal Died Sunday

Erich Segal died Sunday at the age of 72.   Erich Segal is most well known for his novel “Love Story” which was published in 1970.  The novel was turned into the a hit movie by the same name about a young couple who meet and fall in love only to be tragically separated.  He also worked on the screenplay for the Beatles “Yellow Submarine.”  Additionally, Erich Segal was a respected professor of the classics at Yale.
