Account Access Issues — RESOLVED

The Lakeland Library Cooperative is currently experiencing some server issues, which may affect access to patron accounts online. Please be patient as they try to get this resolved as soon as possible.

If you need information about your account in the meantime, please call our Patron Services Department at 616-784-2007.

UPDATE: The connectivity problems has been resolved, and access to patron accounts has been restored. If you are still unable to access your account, please let us know. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE, 2-25-10: Lakeland is once again experiencing connection issues. Please be patient as they work to replace a faulty piece of equipment and hopefully get everything back online soon. In the meantime, please call our Patron Services Department at 616-784-2007 if you need information about your account. Thanks for your continued patience.

UPDATE, 2-26-10: Lakeland is reporting that connectivity has been stabilized. They are continuing to monitor the situation, but online access to patron accounts should once again be available. We appreciate your patience during the recent problems.

    i thought i would check my library account to see what due and when it was due and i could not access the my account. the website was slow on tuesday, febuary the 23rd,2010.about 4:30 pm

    I tried logging in, but got an error message like I did yesterday and could not access my account.

    I am still having trouble accessing my online account. I cannot even retrieve the log-in page.

    I have no access to my card info. I’m getting a server error every time I try. These issues have not been resolved so please continue to work on them.

    Hi everyone,

    We apologize for the continued connection issues. Lakeland has informed us that they replacing a faulty piece of equipment and hope to have everything back online by later this morning (Thursday, Feb. 25). Please try to access your account again after that point, or call our Patron Services Department at 616-784-2007 to inquire about your account.
