Author Sid Fleischman Dies at 90

Newbery Medal winning author Sid Fleischman died March 17th, the day after turning 90.  Sid Fleischman has written numerous books for children including “The Whipping Boy” which received the Newbery medal in 1987.  His last book will be published in June, “Sir Charlie,” which is a biography of Charlie Chaplin.
