Am I understanding the new loan policy to mean that if East Grand Rapids [where I have been picking up DVDs]does not have a particular DVD, I wish to place on hold in their personal inventory, I would have to go to another branch which does have that copy to obtain it?

    Hi Carol,

If you have a KDL card, you can still request DVDs to be delivered to the East Grand Rapids branch. You can see more information on our handy comparison chart.

Please note that all holds must now be picked up at your “home library.” If you have a KDL card and your home library is not currently set to the EGR Branch, a staff member can change this for you.

If you have any questions, please give us a call at 616-784-2007 and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
