Eat Tweet

Most cookbooks are large and take up lots of space in the kitchen.  Enter the latest and very unique cookbook by Maureen Evans, Eat Tweet.  (You can find Maureen on twitter @cookbook).  All the recipes in the book have been reduced to the length of a tweet, 140 characters or fewer.  This reduction makes reading the cookbook fun and challenging!  Although don’t be discouraged because there is an included glossary to help decipher the abbreviations.

Here is an example from her twitter postings:

Spiced Ham: score,clove-stud 4lb cookdham. Top w mixd c apricotjam/¼c honey&brsug&dijon/¼t cardamom&pep/t piespice. Cvr h@300℉; +20m uncvrd.

Bon Appetit!
