KDL Reaches Out to Hispanic Community
In an effort to promote library usage to the Hispanic and migrant community, Kent District Library recently held an outreach event at the Alpine Sports Complex. Spanish-speaking staff members were there to discuss library services for local residents. Attendees played games, received toys and enjoyed live Mariachi music. Library card registration forms in Spanish were available.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this event!

I was just trying to get information on the process of getting a library card. If there is anyway I can get a copy of the registration form in English and Spanish, it would be greatly appreciated. I just want to be able to convey this message to some of the parents of my students. Please email me this information in both english and spanish as most of my students are bi-lingual. Thanks again for your time.

Hi Israel,
Yes, you can get a copy of the registration form in English and Spanish at any of our branch locations. You can also find additional card registration information on website here:http://www.kdl.org/about/using_card_info
I hope that helps!
