I remember my parents taking us to see Sesame Street Live when I was little.
I still have my ticket stubs!! It was so exciting to see at that age!
I would love to do the same for my 2 little girls!

  2. Heather Says:

My two year old is recently into Sesame Street and was dreaming and yelling for Elmo in his sleep…who cares about mom when you’ve got Elmo! Wish I could know what that dream was about!

  3. Kim Says:

I grew up on Sesame Street and my kids are too. That weekend is my son’s birthday and though he will be 11, he is cognitive impaired and still loves watching them. I love how much it teaches him!

  4. Kim Bento Says:

Before I even had kids I am guilty of buying way too much cereal for my husband and I because one of the companies had miniature stuffed sesame street characters as the prize inside and I wanted to get them all. Those characters are iconic and timeless and I love seeing those cereal prizes being used years later by each of my little ones.

My grandson looks forward to watching Sesame Street. I remember watching it with my own children. I am impressed with the way it teaches children. It would be awesome if my grandson could attend!

  6. Jean Says:

I would love to be able to share the magic of Sesame Street Live with my nieces. My sister and I went when we were kids and I would love to give my nieces the same experience.

My favorite Sesame Street memory was that I was able to sit down and watch the show with my mom when I was little. While my dad was at work and my sister was at school, it was like our own special time together. And many years later, I still remember most of the songs.

I am a loving, doting grandmother of three beautiful, extraordinary grandchildren. Their hard-working, loving father has been on furlough with the government shutdown for over a week. My daughter, a stay at home mom, and my son-in-law are unable to take the children to see Sesame Street Live. I really would LOVE to give them this gift from my HEART, however, my job pays very little. What joy it would be to see their eyes and heart light up at seeing their favorite Seseme Street characters!

  8. Katie Says:

My 2 1/2 year old son and 15 month daughter watch Sesame Street everyday. I love the way their faces light up when it comes on. They sing, dance, and the best thing of all learning all Sesame Street’s iconic lessons! Would be awesome to take them to see this!!

  9. Tawny H. Says:

My son LOVES Sesame Street! His two favorite characters are Cookie Monster and Snuffleupagus, or “Snuffigus,” as he calls him. Though, I’ll still have to fast forward through some episodes to get to Elmo’s World for him.

My favorite Sesame Street memory so far is when he just started watching the show at almost one year old, and Rosita was on. He has a stuffed sheep that is the same shade of blue as Rosita’s fur, and he grabbed his sheep and was babbling away very excitedly looking from the TV to his sheep. I think he thought it was his sheep on TV.

It would be wonderful to be able to take him to see his favorite characters!

My grandson who will be 3 on Nov 27 just loves Elmo. I am unemployed at the time otherwise I’d buy him tickets to Sesame Street Live. He calls Elmo “Nelmo” and Nemo from Finding Nemo “Nelmo” also! I think he just likes to combine the two!!! So much to love and learn on Sesame Street! Thank you!

  11. Cindy Says:

My daughters would love to see Sesame Street….on stage what could be better! Their favorite character of course is Big Bird. The best episode was when Big Bird went to China.
My daughters have learned so much from recognizing and sounding out words.
    Thank you KDL!

  12. Sara Says:

I would love to take my daughter on a date night to Sesame Street Live! :). She would love it!! I know I loved the show as a child.

  13. Katie Says:

My 2 year old loves watching Sesame Street in both Spanish and English. I know I loved it as a child, but now am very thankful for the number of kids worldwide who get to learn from the furry monsters & their friends. We would love to see it live!

  14. Becky Says:

My girls would so much enjoy this show. They love Sesame Street…especially Elmo!!! What i love is they actually are LEARNING while watching the program. We also own probably 20 Sesame Street dvd’s…so we never have to go without our Sesame Street Friends:)

  15. Valerie Says:

My granddaughter is almost 2, and she LOVES Elmo! She would have so much fun to see Elmo, and all the Sesame Street characters on stage!!!

  16. Diane Says:

My children learned so much by watching Sesame Street. I’m glad that now my granddaughters have the same opportunity. Keep up the good work by having such an educational show for children!

  17. Michelle Says:

I remember when my parents brought my twin sister and I to see Sesame Street Live. It was our first time seeing live characters, and my mom still remembers and tell us that my sister was scared but I was loving it.

  18. Becky Says:

Love Sesame Street. I remember when Tickle Me Elmo came out and it was THE toy to have. Also remember watching it as a kid.

  19. Shannon Says:

One of my favorite things about Sesame Street as a parent has been introducing my children to some of the “old school” skits that I can find in library videos and online: “Menonima,” the “ABC” song with Lena Horne, etc, – things that I remember from the 70s and 80s as a kid watching Sesame Street!

  20. monica Says:

I had took my oldest daugther to Sesame Street when they come to Van Andel Arena some years back and she LOVE it. I would like to take my twins to see Sesame Street too for they can have the same experience my oldest did. I know they would love it too.

  21. Melissa Says:

Last year we went to Sesame Street live despite some odds, we had loaded up in the car only to find that it would not start, the battery was completely dead! After calling a tow, and scrambling to find out if we could attend a later showing, we loaded up in my husband’s beater and went to the afternoon show. Our oldest, talked about it all year and was excited to hear that they will be back this year!

  22. Jennifer Says:

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sesame Street. Money is very tight but would love to win free tickets to see this amazing show. My 4 and 3 year old would love it. Both of my kids love Elmo’s World. Fingers crossed!!
