Kick off the Summer with KDL!
Summer is here, and so is the Kent District Library’s Summer Reading Club! This year’s Summer Reading Club for kids and teens will run from June 9 through August 2. Don’t miss your chance to help kick off the fun at two KDL branches:
Saturday, June 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Englehardt Branch, 200 Monroe St. in Lowell
Friday, June 13 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Sand Lake/Nelson Township Branch, 88 Eighth St. in Sand Lake
Bring the whole family and kick off a summer of reading with costumed characters, face painting, crafts, games and tons of other fun activities! When you sign up for the Summer Reading Club, you can spend the summer reading and having fun, and enter to win awesome prizes.
Children in grades five and under, both readers and pre-readers: you’re invited to Catch the Reading Bug @ your library! Teens in grades six through twelve: enjoy a summer of Metamorphosis @ your library!
We’ll see you at the kick-off parties!
