Good news for iPad users! Our OverDrive downloadable eBook & eAudiobook service just announced that their popular OverDrive Media Console app has now been optimized for the Apple iPad!

The updated app — available for all iOS devices, including iPhone and iPod Touch — also now supports both portrait and landscape orientation. The free app is available in the App Store, or if you’ve already installed the previous version (with the iPhone-sized reading pane), you’ll be notified that an update is available.

Don’t have an iPad? You can also read OverDrive eBooks on a variety of devices, including the Barnes & Noble Nook, Sony Reader, Android devices, and Windows / Mac computers. See OverDrive’s Device Resource Center for a complete list.
