Authors Visit the Spencer Twp. Branch

Two exciting local author events are scheduled to take place at the Spencer Township branch during the first week of March.

Local author Judy Gager and photographer Sheryl Tisdel will visit the branch at 6:30 pm on Thursday, March 3. They will speak about their book The Pond at Oakfield, a story about bald eagles raising their young in Oakfield Township, accompanied by full-page color photographs of an actual bald eagle family. Children and their families are invited to this fun and informative event, which will include a time for questions.

West Michigan author R.A. Evans will introduce attendees to his new novel Asylum Lake at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 5. Asylum Lake is a mystery about the dark secrets of the fictional town of Bedlam Falls, MI and its abandoned insane asylum. Adults will enjoy meeting this promising local author and hearing about his debut novel.

KDL is offering several author visits this spring. Mark your calendars and invite your friends!
