Does anyone know what a duathlon race consists of?
Well, I will be happy to fill you in, as I am training for one now. It is a simple version of a triathlon that does not include swimming. This race usually consists of a run (usually a 5K), a 20k bike ride, and a second run. With great trepidation and timid enthusiasm I have been training for this race which takes place on August 10. For anyone that is interested in raising their fitness level a notch, read about how to train for a race now. It might be the “Break away” you are looking for! Maybe you will be ready for one, too!
