As you might know, Dr. Seuss’s birthday was March 2nd. Although Dr. Seuss has been gone since 1991, many schools and libraries honor the good doctor during the month of March.  You can celebrate at home as well using the many great websites available.  If you are interested in crafts, try some of the about.com’s suggestions.  The howdoesshe blog gives some great ideas for packing a special Seuss lunch.  For games, try Seussville.com.  Trivia anyone?  And most importantly, don’t forget to read some books with your kids!

Of the many great Dr. Suess books, which is your favorite?  I am quite fond of One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.
