If you can’t get to the zoo this summer, then visit your local KDL branch! Z’s Kids Club will bring the zoo to you with live animals at the library. This program will feature animal demonstrations, fun and interesting facts, and animal biofacts (skulls, furs, etc.).  This program is for families with children ages 5 and up, and each attendee will leave with a take-home bookmark. John Ball’s Traveling Zoo will visit KDL branches on the following dates:

Tuesday, June 28, 10:00 AM – Grandville branch
Tuesday, July 5, 1:30 PM – Sand Lake / Nelson Township branch
Thursday, July 14, 2:00 PM – Caledonia Township branch
Thursday, July 21, 6:30 PM – Plainfield Township branch — CANCELLED
Tuesday, July 26, 1:30 PM – Cascade Township branch
Thursday, July 28, 2:00 PM – Walker branch
Wednesday, August 3, 6:30 PM – Alpine Township branch
Monday, August 8, 2:00 PM – Krause Memorial branch
