Walking with Dinosaurs!
How would you like to see 15 life-size dinosaurs, including the king of them all, Tyrannosaurus-Rex?! KDL has partnered with the Van Andel Arena for their upcoming Dinosaur Live event taking place December 10th-14th. Each branch has 4 family passes to give away (an $80 value!) for the opening night show. Visit your KDL branch library now through Monday, Dec. 8th and register to win.

This would be a dream come true for my grand sons, why is it you can’t register on line? What a shame. Once in a lifetime dream for young and old alike who can’t afford the high prices of the Van Andel and others.

Thanks for the comments. We would love to offer online registration for this contest, however, given the logistics of this particular contest this would have presented a sizable challenge. We hope you can make it out to one of our branches to register. FYI, the deadline to register is Monday, Dec. 8th.

I would love the opportunity to take my 6 year old grandson to this special event. I promised him something special for going to the dentist for extensive work on his teeth. He cried alot and didn’t want to go numerous times but was very brave and went anyway knowing the amount of pain it was going to take to complete the work. He still isn’t finished, but I hate to tell him after all he has been through. I am so proud of him for facing this challenge and know he would really enjoy Walking with Dinosaurs.

We have a 7 year old granddaughter who has loved dinosaurs since she was barely two. She knows the names of the dinosaurs and delights in telling us all about them. We would love to be able to take her and her brother to this special event.

It would be a great lift to take my neices and nephew, as their dad has recently been laid-off, and such educational shows as this are too much of a luxury for their family, now.

My 3 grandchildren would love to see the dinasours. their families have been in turmoil due to divorce this year and this could erase their problems for an afternoon.

My niece loves dinosaurs and would really enjoy going very much with her Dad and friends.So winning the tickets would brighten her day alot, since they couldn’t afford to go otherwise.

Our 7 year old son is so excited! I told him the only way we would be able to see the Dinosaur show is if we won tickets to go. Otherwise we couldn’t afford to go. The library called today and told us our name was drawn for the giveaway of the 4 tickets. My son says his prayer has been answered.
Thank you for doing this contest. We never usually win much in contests but this time I guess we were lucky. We are looking forward to going… it will be a late night.
