Digital Bookmobile Wrap-up
We want to thank everyone who visited the Overdrive Digital Bookmobile when it was at the Grandville branch on Monday and the Wyoming branch on Tuesday. About 300 people stopped by to learn how to download eBooks and eAudiobooks from KDL, check out the gadget gallery and demonstrations, or just find out why a 74-foot, 18-wheel tractor-trailer was parked in the library parking lot. We hope attendees found the experience helpful and beneficial.
Congratulations to Harriet Martinus on winning a Nook eReader!
If you visited the Digital Bookmobile, we would love to hear your feedback.

Sorry I missed this event. My main question is how to get on a wait list for e-books (I have a Nook). When I find a book I want and click on it all copies seem to always be borrowed with no place for me to be put on a HOLD.

Hi Brenda,
If you’re viewing the eBook’s page on http://ebooks.kdl.org, there should be a link on the right side of the screen that says either “Add to My Cart” (if the book is immediately available), or “Place a Hold” (if there is a waiting list). If you’re still having trouble finding this or need any additional assistance, please give us a call at 616-784-2007 and a staff member can help you out.
Thanks,
Sheri
