Mystery Writer Barbara Parker Dies

Author Barbara Parker died on Saturday March 7th in Florida after a long illness. Her first suspense novel, Suspicion of Innocence, was a finalist for the Edgar Allan Poe Award for best first mystery novel. Barbara Parker was well known for her series featuring Miami lawyers Gail Conner and Anthony Quintana using her own background as an attorney living in Florida.
