Everyone should visit the Children’s Museum while KIDSCONSTRUCTION is there. My grandson enjoyed it along with all the other fantastic playstations such as bubbles, musical instruments, sand table, and may more.

I roleplay with my sister by dressing up, or cosplaying, anime characters from Zatch Bell.

  14. Hennie, KDL Says:

    Caitlyn,

That sounds really creative and fun. Especially if it’s in air conditioning on a hot day like today!

Every Monday and Friday my two boys and their cousins get to hang out all day. We have been going to the zoo, visiting local parks and beaches. We have also had a treasure hunt and lots of imaginary play.

Jacquelyn,4, loves to get dressed up as a doctor at Walker KDL. She likes to “fix up” her mom. She also likes to pretend to give shots to her mom. OUCH!

I was the queen of the mermaids and a pirate during a Pirate Island show at Berlin Fair this week. I did the Mermaid Cha Cha, and I was a scary pirate.

Being in a play is so much fun. This summer, I was in a pirate show. The first day I was a mermaid then I was Davey Jones last I was a magic dragon. Those days were very fun. I can’t wait for next year.

Me, my mom and my dad, so I guess you could say family, went to a baseball game. Well, the problem was we didn’t get to go on Father’s Day (it was a Father’s Day present for my dad) but it didn’t work out because we have an orchard that had to be sprayed and it took too long. So, we changed the baseball game and went a couple of weeks ago and it was really fun. There were two teams and we got to see them scoring and we got to get food there. The End.

  26. Hennie, KDL Says:

One of my favorite things to do in the summer…go to a baseball game with my family. I’m glad you had fun.

We went to the Down in the Dirt Nature Craft night a few weeks ago. My son and I had a great time making the various crafts that were set out for us to do. We also enjoyed the book walk outside. It was a great night for the two of us to hang out together. Thanks!
